At AES all our exhaust components that are ordered have a core charge with them. The core charge is quoted at the time of your inquiry or at the time you place your order for the part or parts. All core charges are 100% refundable at the cost on the invoice.

The exceptions to the refund is if the exhaust core that is returned is mutilated, any part cut off,  if their is not a single part to use over or if it is not the same P/N we sent you. 

We give a 30 window for all core returns. After the 30-day window, we will offer you the value of the core as a core purchase. If no agreement is reached, we will ship back the core to you at no charge to you. 

Once we receive the core along with the core return sheet (which comes with all orders), we will mail you a check or credit your credit card, just select the box you choose on the core return sheet. The check or credit for the core return will be credited within 30 days, depending on the backlog in the Accounting department.
